If you want your clients to be supervised with proper hygiene at Pyramid ADT Facility, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO CHOOSE!!!!! Unfortunately, I have experienced unnecessary behavior with the staff towards myself and my clients. I have spoke with the Manager (Miss Debra) multiple times about this issue, and I was promised this would be addressed and resolved. I have asked more then a few times to supervise my clients with toileting, as they will follow with verbal prompting. Sadly, when picking up clients, their undergarments and clothing are full of bowel movements due to no supervision by the staff. My clients are properly groomed when arriving too ADT and it is frustrating to pick them up unsanitized. Another client is always soaked with urine at least 2-3 times a week, at drop off to my group home. I feel you should treat others the way you want to be treated. No one wants to sit in urine or bowel movements all day long. If you have kids, or mentally challenged adults, then anyone can relate to this matter. They deserve to be treated with respect. Respect is all I asked for and this was not delivered. I represent my clients as their advocate and I am sure if they could make a decision they would feel very uncomfortable being in this situation. I care about their well-being and hygiene and they deserve proper care.
