        when I moved my service to our new home it took 52 phone calls to get the line to work. I recently cancelled my service and they keep reinstating it without my permission and sending me bills. After 20 plus calls , we will see if they bill me again next month-----The most horrible customer service and product EVER!!!! and I work in customer service myself ..If you have other options, I would not suggest you use this one ever !!!

        Make it very difficult to obtain service. Condescending attitude. Was refused access to a supervisor. Paid no attention to what I said was a problem. Asked for a contact number then used another one. Have had a problem for over a year and no help. Tins can and a string are looking better and better. My next step will be to contact the fed who control their actions.
