Not a good experience at all! Found this company online, wanted to give them my business based on the service they offered on the website. Emailed 3 people for the job, one person was already left the company not was not working there anymore but email address was still provided as a service provider. Two other never responded my email. Called the office to speak with someone, they referred me to their specialist and told me to leave a detailed voicemail. Waited 5 days never heard back either. Finally today I called the office again, first I was told they are not offering Quickbooks services, which is on their website, that's how I found them in first place. Second the lady on the phone office manager, said ooo yes we do offer quickbooks support, after I mention the website, then she said let me give you our quickbooks specialist phone number, and please leave detailed message. So I said I have already done that 5 business days ago, and never heard anything back. Finally, I received an email from the office manager lady saying that, we can not take you as a new client, since the tax season is coming ( this is a cpa firm ) we do not accept any new clients. So why are you advertising on your website and misinforming people ? and wasting people's time? Not a good experience at all and waste of my one business week.
