Digestive Health Institute Tampa

This office and Dr Sharona Ross are incredible! All the staff are so nice, patient and helpful. You might have a bit of a wait but that's because the doctors don't rush you and really care. You don't mind having a wait when you know you're getting the very best. I drive almost an hour to get here and it's so worth it because I trust this office, doctors and staff so much.

Advent Health, Digestive Health (Tampa FL) didnt even bother to try and help me. After being referred to the Digestive Health offices from AdventHeath Centra Care Temple Terrace, I had to call the office and schedule an appointment. After successfully getting the soonest appointment, I was exited to get the much needed help to end my pain and suffering. (Ive been having huge amounts of pain because of external hemorrhoids). I was taken in to the rooms, asked a fee questions, and told to undress. After 40mins of waiting, bending backwards of pain, the sister came in, only to tell me the Doctor is refusing to see me, as they do not have a medical history file on hand. I said thats exactly why I was there, and was referred to their offices, so the only history I have, is my prescription I received for a cream that made no difference, and a paper confirming my referral. I was given no reasonable explanation, or given any options to end my suffering. Im now back home, and seeking help from Doctors that actually want to help patients.
