I had a knee surgery here done by Dr Kugler my orthopedic surgeon. He does a lot of knees and shoulders, and he's one of thee best in the business. Let me tell you the staff were very nice, on time, astute, attentive and real professionals. Nurses Joi, Sadie and Bobbie were and are fantastic folks. You can tell they love their jobs, I thought they'd be good but I didn't know they'd beat his good. Anesthesiologist also spoke to me beforehand for 30 minutes regarding the operation.  Surgery went great. Thank you Habana surgical staff. You're the best! Chris V

I'm just going to make a list rather then write a whole paragraph..... let's start from BEFORE the surgery. -text message is how they communicate for pre op information.-show up and all they care about is a stupid mask.- take him back alone(says it's a HIPPA violation if I go, although texting information isn't a violation of HIPPA? Hmm) -no sense of urgency at all. -no one speaks English.- Broke the key for the laser machine that was supposed to do the laser spine surgery he came for. Had to change procedures yet NO ONE MENTIONED THAT TO ME. His emergency contact / gf...... -we got no discharge information. No instruction, nothing. When we asked the nurse, she couldn't understand us so she just kept saying yes and disregarding what we were saying as if It wasn't important. -Wheeled my boyfriend out in a wheelchair and made him wait in the beaming sun after surgery. -no phone number in case of emergency, in which we had one. Couldnt get ahold of ANYONE until 3 days later which then when they returned the call acted like nothing happened n that we didn't just wait 3 days to hear anything...- there is no phone number to directly call them. (Wouldn't you know It , you go have a terrible service done and then you can't get ahold of them.... Hmmm) -no one is on the same page. AWFUL PLACE OF BUSINESS.

Had a procedure this morning and anesthesiologist never once looked up at me when saying good morning. Said twice gm sir when without even looking up or acknowledging my name on my board. After telling him I was a woman a nurse came right behind him and acknowledged me as a sir. I asked them what is it with you all do you not look people in the face without assuming just because there is no hair they are men? The nurse then replied I shouldn't be laying back like that. The most rude experience ever along with then knowing they where wrong then speaking only Spanish. I received no apoligies or anything just you are next. Hopes theare taught more than being rude to patients as to never having to being sued
