        In November 21 I was air lifted to TGH in critical condition needing a liver transplant. I was turned down by 14 hospitals and TGH along with Dr. Vijay Subramanian and his team, took a chance on me and saved my life. I was hospitalized for several months with many complications and requiring additional surgeries but this awesome team never gave up on me. In November 22 I returned to TGH and had a kidney transplant. This would not have been possible without this awesome team getting me healthy enough to have a second transplant. Thank you, Dr. Subramanian for giving me another shot at life and not giving up on me. Jason Winters
