I would give zero stars if I could. This system is very difficult to use. They sell you on a good price point, however, EVERY THING you think would be included is NOT and by the time you add everything you need, they are NO CHEAPER than the more expensive/user friendly EHR's.
Also- they are going to ask you to run your credit and sign a contract. Our NEW EHR company did NOT force us to pull our credit. (Nor did any other for that matter)
When you realize the system is awful and attempt to buy yourself out of the contract they try to charge you for the FULL amount of the contract even though you have already made payments. When you attempt to discuss with them that the math they used is flawed, they have a man named "Mr. Bloomberg from Mitsubishi" call and raise his voice and make threats. This Mr. Bloomberg will also harass your family members and threaten to put liens on properties while right in the middle of negotiating a payoff. This place is the WORST.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the trouble and pay the extra cost for PROFESSIONAL service without harassment and without all of the "extra" upcharges for access to basic needs to run a business.

TERRIBLE EMR SYSTEM!!!!!!!!.... I literally have so many issues billing claims it's probably the worst system i have ever used in healthcare ( plus it's really really slow at billing claims and much more) I know at my work we constantly have to contact them to have them fix something. If you are looking for a new EMR /billing system DO NOT BUY from Insync!!!! I would pay the extra $$$ and get Epic or just something else. AVOID Insync!!!!! This place is a scam and they will over promise how great their system is and it's not! :(
