        Poor responce from staff regarding issues. I have called and sent an email each day for 3 days with no followup. Either over worked staff or staff that is overwhelmed.

        They tried to charge me $3.50 to print off ONE black and white, standard, 8x11 piece of paper. And, were incredibly rude about it! I WILLL NEVER come here again!!!

        This UPS location is amazing. I drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff is welcoming, helpful, professional and always go out of their way to meet my needs. Anywhere from copies, printing to legal matters. A notary is on staff well worth the trip to use their outstanding services.

        Tried charging me $4 to tape the box I was going to send out (postage was already paid for). Advertise to take passport pictures, but dont actually do it.
