        They're extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee/manager (not sure) started by trying to charge me to tape up my box, and it was an Amazon return/original box! Then another one proceeded to make an offensive joke regarding my religion and then a first one finally tried to give me instructions for "next time", which I let them know there there would not be a "next time" bc I would be going to a different UPS store from then on. This was my second bad experience with this branch, as I had a similar situation under the previous management. My advice: even if this branch is closest to you, drive a little further for peace of mind.

        Credit where credit is due. Id like to acknowledge a member of your team whos worth ethic screams excellence! The young man by the name of Jarodney service was breathtaking. He completely assisted in turning my horrific day around. I was met with courtesy and respect i had trouble emailing my file over, he never lost his cool and assisted me step by step educating me along the way. This man has completely changed my experience with UPS he avoided an unnecessary trip for me and wouldnt take the credit alone he acknowledged his entire team for the service he provided, and I want management to know hiring that young man to represent that store was one of the greatest decisions ever made. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he treated the people before during and after me in the same manner.
