        This place has gotten so bad. I used to prefer them over ups until they started doing business the same way. They provide tracking information, but dont update it, then they just tell you they will drop off when they drop off and expect you to sit at home for 24 hours as if you dont have a job, or a life to live. Never will I ever give them higher than 1 star. Ill give 0 if I could. You cant speak to customer service. They set up the automated system so you cant get any help.
