I don't have the words to describe how amazing Isaac and his team are. I work at an apartment complex and we use Global Protection Agency as our security team. I recently had a flat tire and had to reach out to the security team since I had to leave my car overnight. Isaac offered to come out the next day and change my tire for me, while he was off duty!! The act of kindness made my entire week and I am so appreciative of his team. The on duty security guard even left me a little note saying "your car is safe :)". I am lost for words and appreciate the team so much. They are so professional, thorough, and most of all, kind! Thank you Isaac!!!

We hired Global Protection Agency to watch our properties and I have to say, these guys are the best. They are professional and vigilant and keep everything safe. Communication and reporting are on point, and the owner, Mr. Santiago, is always ready with solutions. I strongly recommend their security services!

These guys are great. I sent them an email to help me look up some information and with an hour I had a phone call back from Isaac. He was professional and very easy to speak to on the phone. After the call with in an hour, I had all the detailed information plus some. Overall, they are professional, fast, and easy to work with. I hope to do business with them in the future need be.
