On January 2024 I had wind damage, after contact my insurance, I called Mr David Roman, and I explained my situation. Universal roof & contracting its has been very professional with un excellent customer service easy to communicate. Mr. David came to my house and explained to me all the details for the roof replacement, he always answered my calls, hes a very smart and knowledgeable person as well the rest of the great team at Universal roof & contracting seem around my street many houses getting theirs roof replaced, but you can see the difference and quality of the job in my house, It was done professionally. Im being very blessed to have my roof replaced for a professional and great company like Universal roof & contracting, thanks and thanks to Mr David Roman!

Highly recommend Universal Roofing. They are not the cheapest but nothing is cheap is nowadays. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR as the motto goes . UNIVERSAL ROOFING: They are reliable, professional & very nice. They use GREAT PRODUCTS, they have great crews, they did an amazing job. Very pleased. FIVE STAR REVIEW. Roof replacement wasnt done in a day or two: things come up from inclement weather to emergencies elsewhere. Be patient; its worth the wait and doing a great job correctly takes a little extra time! It took a full week for the delivery of supplies, full roof replacement and finally, new gutters/downspouts installed.No matter. We paid for a new roof. We got a gorgeous new roof all within a week. Out THANKS go out to Richard the pitchman, Jeremy the project manager for updating us throughout the project, and the incredible crew that did the work. Rich Adamson from Universal made a horrific experience into a tolerable one. Following hurricane Ian, we needed to get a new roof. Rich fought hard for us all through the insurance process. We ended up having to sue our carrier for coverage of the damage but Richs calm demeanor and knowledgeable resources helped us go step by step through the process. We now have a new roof and we couldnt be happier. I would recommend Universal Roof and Rich to anyone without hesitation.

My wife and I were in need of a new roof for insurance reasons. There was nothing wrong with our roof except that we live in Florida. We had estimates from 4-5 other companies who would open the estimate process at twice the actual price they would ultimately end up at before leaving our home. My wife was very upset with the process until we had Richard Adamson from Universal Roof and Contracting to the house to give us yet another estimate. He was refreshingly genuine and straight forward about his product and company and what they could do for us. He gave us a fair estimate and put my wife at ease over the whole process. We agreed to have the job done. There were some bumps along the way that were handled professionally and promptly. The finished product is beautiful. We couldnt be happier with how nicely everything came out. Thank you not only to Richard but also the whole crew for a job well done. Hopefully Ill never need another roof in my lifetime but I have already passed on their info to several people in need of a reputable roofing company. They are hard to come by. Thanks again.
