Stream Recycling

I called looking to recycle my unused computer equipment. I was told that there was (minimal) compensation for my items, so I figured I would choose this place of business. After dropping off my items, I was told that I would be contacted once my payment was available. I never received a phone call back. I had previously spoke with Lisa, but after a few weeks of calling and leaving messages, she stopped responding to me. It was a very weird scenario, but I will not use them again to recycle my unused products. Honesty is key.

First off, the customer service is amazing! I dealt with Lisa, and she was so sweet! She understood how important it was to have good battery health for my kids iPads! When I described my issue she immediately said oh no ship it back! All I had to do was pay to ship it. And they replaced it. This company honors their refurbished equipment and its really appreciated! I highly recommend.

This company is our dedicated downstream partner for materials... The are a trusted and highly recommended source for contract partnership, ewaste management, and just do good business... They have old school business morales that are hard to find in this competitive corporate world and should be a go to for electronics recycling!
