Love the service. Great customer service. They text to confirm the appointment and give an ETA for when their driver will be on site. Emails for chain of custody.

First class service. I've used them a few times to take an old CRT, old tower computers, and more recently, old printers for recycling. They even sent me a video of the hard drive in the computer being destroyed for verification. Highly Recommend.

I highly recommend Urban E Recycling. They were prompt in responding and scheduling. Came when they were scheduled and the drivers were very professional. Very helpful service as we were closing our office in Tampa and didn't want to just throw out our equipment and now we have the peace of mind that it is being recycled for parts and will continue to be of use.

Thank you to Urban E Recycling, I had a bunch of old computer equipment, ISA boards, memory modules, other..really a lot of old computer equipment that I was holding on to for work purposes in case needed.   I could have dumped this in the apt. dumpster but wanted to do the right thing and was able to drop this off at the Orlando location.  The person there helped me with the boxes. I was in and out of there in less than 10 mins.  Thank you Urban E Recycling !

We've used Urban E-Recycling several times now. They always make it a super easy experience. Convenient pick-up, emails when they are in possession of the materials and a data destruction certificate (and video) at the end of the process. We will most definitely continue to use their services.
