"Revival" is a very professional company, and it was easy to deal with them. What they tell you, is what they do, and did. There are lots of 'flippers' out there, but these guys are smart, quick, and honest. I fully recommend working with Joe McGuire. He did much homework to come up with good 'comp' figures, and helped his own company get a great deal, but also helped me with the convenience of taking the chore of closing an estate quite easily. I fully recommend YOU negotiate with these people!
