My agent Nicole Goodman was amazing and supportive throughout the process. I can be very picky, and Nicole always listened and targeted the listing that appealed to me. She would also encourage me to step outside my guard rails and look at other properties with features I had not realized were important to me. The most important and valuable attribute Nicole has is that she knows her market and the Tampa Bay market extremely well. I have watched development come to fruition that she informed me of, and I wasn't sure about. In the end, she was always right. When I purchased my home, it was the perfect fit and in an area Nicole continued to remind was a good area to buy in at from the start. Final result, I am in a home, happy, and the development Nicole mentioned is moving forward and increasing my property value.
