We tried on our own to complete a project for a renovation on our business. We try on our own to call on subs for tile work, drywall, demo, electrical any of the trades with little to no luck. We found out about Steve Gold and his company through some mutual friends. Mr Gold stepped in and the next morning had a team to start demo and we never looked back. Steve Gold says what he means and gets the job done. We are also working with Steve on a few major projects on our home as well due to the fantastic job he did with our business. Steve gold is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate business also a terrific land lord always willing to work with tenants and customers, we see many of his tenants at a daily basis at our business, that have and still reside at many of his properties and none have nothing negative to say.
