I was a long-time tenant at a different executive suites, but they got rid of their receptionist and never replaced her, thereby losing the "executive" part of the suites. There was no one to welcome your guests when you walked in, and the facilities were seriously lacking. Hill Valley is the complete opposite. You walk in and are immediately greeted by not one, but two people at the front desk. They have several different size offices to choose from, and the rents are reasonable. The common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms) are well-kept and designed with great taste. Everyone is very friendly to each other.

The property is always clean and well maintained. I work late hours and appreciate all of the security measures that are put in place on premise. The staff are fantastic and feel like family after my 3+ years as a tenant!
