We've been with Stress Free Property Management since January 2022 and anytime something is needing fixed or we have a problem they try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Absolute Scam. They will give you no information on the requirements, take you money, make you feel rushed to move in and then deny you not because of your credit score but your credit history. They will not accept co-signers and do not care if you make 5x the rent. They have no empathy for individuals who survived Hurrican Ian or are currently in their MS program that have student debt consolidation. They will pretend they will advocate for you if you are denied, but will not express the human trials you go through to corporate or to their higher management office in order to help those who work for the community/medical field. Also, don't fall for the sappy bio from the owner. He only uses his story of what it means to be human for his own gain, and does not attest to what he expresses in his words. Nor does his management reflect these same values or support those who have gone through similar trials.

I asked to enforce my rights as an owner and they immediately canceled my contract, after 13 years with them. Do Not Use!! Wow is an understatement.

I would advise not using this property management company. The communication is horrible. If something in the house does not work, like the ac unit, then you are responsible to pay the first 100 dollars of the bill. When you have the ac people out several times it gets aggravating. When I moved in their property in 2021, it was a disaster. I cleaned the outside up and got a lot of compliments from the neighbors. The garage had wires ran for a opener but one was never put in. I have pictures to prove that. When I moved out, they did not give my full security deposit back. They charged me a 75 fee for not giving them a garage remote back. The garage didn't even have a door opener so where would I get a remote from. They charged me 150 dollars to replace batteries in smoke detectors which I replaced all batteries the day I moved out for that reason. There was a few more misc charges that they did not specify. I have responded to them via writing like they requested but have heard nothing back from them. I urge people to stay away from this group. Edit: The response from Stress Free Property management is too funny. They never sent any pictures or videos. The fact they say a garage remote was not returned and the 75 dollars covered buying one and programming it shows how stupid they are. There was no garage door opener ever installed in the garage. I would love to know what idiot programmed a remote with no opener installed. Just more lies from them. Again, please do research before renting from them. And as far as the carpet, it was on worse shape when we moved in. We had complained about it and was told we signed the lease to move in so we knew how bad the carpet was.
