What a fabulous experience ! Maggie and George came through with very friendly and positive attitudes to help me with an urgent print job for my business. Stellar service. They could train everyone on positive customer interactions. Hope they get an award from the CEO. Bravo.

I do go to Staples frequently. Really like Colton in the printing & marketing center at the Staples on N Dale Mabry. He is fast, friendly and does nice work. When I need work done I stop at this Staples.

The copy and print area was great. I have tried to print my photos several times. This happens to be the only location that had their stuff together to do what I needed. The lady there was great. Sbowed me some examples of photos that aren't cropped with boarders. Highly recommend to anyone

I find the printing service super lousy. I ordered the printing of business cards in this place so as not to wait a week that was late time in another store. I already have a week and they still haven't delivered them to me. the day after ordering they called me saying they were ready by Wednesday because the printer had been damaged. On Wednesday they called me saying they were ready for Thursday, then Friday, I went on Saturday they told me that today Monday, I called now they tell me tomorrow.

It's currently 8:05pm and im just now walking out although the store closes at 9. I felt absolutely necessary to give kuddos to George as it's been quite some time that I've came across such exemplary customer service, truly. I came to Staples to print some documents, unfortunately it didn't help that I had surgery the previous day so I was a little groggy on top of having a learning disability let's say I felt uncomfortable with the copy machine. George noticied and immediately started assisting once I started asking questions and did not leave my side!!! I'm so thankful for him, if he only knew the impact his small good deed of taking the extra time did :( Thank you again, tears of joy!!!!! Also, thank you to I believe her name was Kaitlin she was very nice when I called prior to coming in. Thank you Staples for hiring these two treasures!!!!
