Pressure Washing in Tampa Bay

I hired Pressure Washing in Tampa Bay (Eric) to clean my roof in October 2023. Although he did clean my roof and it looks great, he assured me that the product he used was Eco-friendly. However, hours after he cleaned my roof, the grass, shrubs, and trees near my house started dying. A week later, all the grass where the water from my gutters drained is 100% dead and the leaves on the shrubs and trees next to the house died. My neighbor also told me his dog got sick the same day the roof was cleaned. I immediately reached-out to Eric regarding this issue and he told me he would stop by the next day to take pictures to send to the supplier of the product he used. He never showed up, so I called him again and emailed him pictures of the damage. He reassured me that he would get back to me, but he never did. Its been weeks and I was going to let this go, but his disregard for accountability and lack of concern prompted me to leave this review. Not to mention the money and time I will need to replace the sod he damaged. Thankfully, the shrubs and tress are coming back. He was very polite to my face, but in the end, didn't care after he received payment. I called and left one final voice message stressing my concern and no response. I hope this review will serve as a warning to others seeking to have their roofs cleaned. I will post pictures if I can.

I rarely do reviews, but I must do one today regarding this company. Everything was smooth from start to finish! These days that is extremely hard to find therefore it was definitely a breath of fresh air. Smooth process from the moment we spoke to the first man to after the work was completed and spoke to Eric. We are beyond pleased with the professionalism and prompt service! Great work and we definitely recommend!

I contacted this company to clean my tile roof and they did an amazing job. Very professional and respectful. Afterwords I decided to have them power wash our pool deck and screen. Eric is a very nice guy and very responsive. I plan on using them again in the future and would recommend.

Eric was super quick to respond to my inquiry even outside of normal business hours on a holiday. He was courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating to my schedule. He was friendly and explained the entire process respectfully before he started and addressed any questions I had. He checked in at the end of the job to make sure I was satisfied - which I was! He did a perfect job, highly reccommend.
