I rarely give out reviews, I called 911 Plumbing because my outdoor water spigot was broken and I needed it fixed, we had no water. Kevin's call center was very friendly they said he would show up in 45 minutes but he showed up in 15 minutes...he happened to be near Cory lake. He gave me a reasonable quote and did a fantastic job, no games, no gimmicks. Thank you Kevin. Kevin will be my regular Plumber now...

The job was done correctly. I needed new valves on kitchen sink. Kevin told me it was 110 for the valves and then, 275 for the whole install (which I had already half way done)! It took him an hour to the job and it was done just fine. However, all of a sudden I had to pay 110 on top of the 275, a price I wouldnt have paid if it was stated earlier. I didnt call him on it because I had to go into a meeting but I would never use them again because of the misrepresentation of charges.

I did not personally contact 911 Plumbing for the work. I (unfortunately) hired Beavers Contracting to do a large tile job in my home. Long story short it has been a daily nightmare. They destroyed the toilet and more importantly toilet flange in the guest bathroom while pulling the toilet up to tile. They called out Kevin from 911 to come repair the damage. Man am I glad they did.Kevin is no nonsense, no games, professional and knows what hes doing. The one true person I had a good feeling about through this whole experience. Kevin was able to remove the broken flange but was unable to complete the job because (you guessed it) the tile people had not tiled the area BEFORE calling Kevin out. Would NEVER recommend or use Beaver Contracting for anything, but will definitely call 911 back for any plumbing needs. Service: Sewer repair
