From start to finish my whole experience with the Mack Center was wonderful. The office staff are so patient, and extremely kind. Very welcoming atmosphere, that puts you at such ease. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Mack. I was scared because my issue was a cyst in the corner of my eye, and Dr. Mack couldnt have been more understanding of my concerns. Dr. Mack is amazingly talented, and helped restore my confidence. I cant thank everyone enough!

Five stars start to finish! I knew at my initial consult, THIS was the person and the place for me! Dr. Mack is not only highly skilled, he is caring and professional. No high pressure sales tactics or unnecessary upgrades. Fear and finances kept me from pursuing an upper blepharoplasty until driving and reading became increasingly difficult because of my heavily hooded upper eyelids. The procedure was quick, the recovery was seamless and the results are AMAZING! Youthful and natural. Exactly what I wanted and hoped the outcome would be. Next to my sobriety, this is the greatest gift I have given myself. Thank you Dr. Mack and Staff!

I'm the kind of older man that would never consider cosmetic surgery. But it took a rude awakening that literally opened my eyes. While visiting my ophthalmologist he checked my eyes in the routine manner and then went quiet on me. Finally, he turns to me and says, "Half your problem is your droopy eyelids!" "You can't see because you're having to lift your eyebrows up all the time. "Well, what's the solution?" "Eye lid surgery!" he said. Pause... With a surgeon on staff in their clinic, I wondered if this was just a plug for their clinic. But, before I could speak, he said, "You need to see the best of the best. You're not going to get a second shot at it. You have to see Dr William Mack." "Go see him!" I hesitated for months. Do you know why I hesitated? Not that I doubted I needed it. Not at all. I've known it for a long time. My biggest fear was that I would end up looking like I was going through a permanent mid-life crisis with unnatural looking eyes that screamed PLASTIC SURGERY! Well, I looked at the before-and-after photos on Dr. Macks website. That helped a lot. Everyone looked better and NATURAL! My preliminary visit with Dr Mack was all it took. He was totally present and attentive. He immediately understood my concerns and his staff could not have been more professional and caring. I signed up. The day of the procedure everything was flawless and every step, reaffirming. I never felt the slightest concern whatsoever. The doctor and staff prepared me well for the days ahead and I was more surprised by how easy it was. I never took pain meds, but I followed the instructions for icing and ointment. Easy to do. Now, 3 weeks out, I'm traveling overseas. The healing process continues in the background, but I can literally see so much better. And, between you and me, I look really good! I look like I did in photos from 20 years ago! I'm not vain! I swear it! I look great though! LOL! :)
