        Shout out to the amazing work at The Law Firm of Anidjar & Levine!! My case in particular was a marathon and not a sprint. All along the way the team was as emotionally invested in my case as I was and did not leave a topic undiscussed. I had access to my lawyer Shire and his colleagues all long the way.         I contacted this agency eight months ago. I just read an article that 3M is paying out a SIX BILLION DOLLAR SETTLEMENT as part of the class action lawsuit. I talk3d to Billy over the phone, and he sent me some forms, and I filled out the 3M Census Paperwork. Only to be informed a few days later that they (whoever they is Idk) stopped taking Veterans as part of this lawsuit. I contacted this agency in Mar 2023. The article is from August 2023. I feel like the attornies received my info and will get a check on my behalf, which will not be shared with the intended recipient. RESPONSE: Because your law firm is the one who asked me to fill out the 3M Census paperwork, which took an enormous amount of time getting my dates as accurate as possible as well as the activities associated with the use of 3M earplugs. Only to be told, essentially, "No additional veterans are being included with the class." Maybe a better idea is your law firm reach out to the other law firm first instead of me spending hours filling out paperwork. Now, I have paperwork with sensitive information on it, which is probably in China by now. You put the cart before the horse. Thanks for reaching out.

      TJ we do not take 3M cases as the class was closed. If you were informed by another law firm that they cannot take your case I do not understand how that would reflect on our office. As far as your concern that an attorney would take your check, I can assure you that is not possible because settlement checks are issued in clients names. I believe this review should be directed at the firm that did not take your case and even in that regard it's unfortunate, but I do not believe they were incorrect in what they told you.
