Honestly cannot say enough good things about Mark and his team. Being this was the first major car accident I was involved in I was extremely nervous and stressed over how to handle the whole situation. Mark was there for me every step of the way making sure I was being properly treated for my injuries and made the overall process very easy and stress free. I'm relatively certain Mark is a talented and competent litigator. My problem with Mark is that he's seems to be intimidated at the prospects of taking on the Social Security Administration. Or maybe he prefers the simpler arena of State District Court where less effort may be required.
