        Placed an online order. Said it went through and I was good until I get there, they dont have it and I come to find out its cancelled. Wish I got an email telling me that or literally anything. They kindly told me they could do my balloon order, but it would take 45 minutes. I said that was fine. I went back 2.5 hours later for it to still not be done. I understand it gets busy, but I wasnt even notified of the cancellation then had to wait even longer. Then, the balloons dont even last for over 24 hours. Theyre all on the floor. Only giving two stars because of the nice woman at the front who was visibly overwhelmed but kept her composure and tried to help me out.

        Bought a pack of balloons and was charged for both inflation AND for hi-float treatment the balloons were deflated and on the ground not within 24 hours of purchase, embarrassing to gift balloons that are dragging on the floor and were purchased merely hours ago. I could have blown up the balloons myself for the same effect.
