There's a new and improved manger at this location, who name is Chanel. This place has made a 360 because of this female! Everything is so much more organized, so much easier to understand what is going on and what to expect...with clarity. I originally had problems with the same manager that everyone complains about as well. She was rude, impatient, seem to lack understanding and pretty much said anything to just get you out of her hair, with no sense of concern towards the customers. It is completely different now and I love dealing with Chanel. There hasn't been one issue not instantly handled and resolved since Chanel has been with this facility. I would definitely recommend them now!

Very bad attention from the staff, mainly from a lady who claims to be the manager and calls herself Yary. Since she arrived at that clinic, the only thing she does is mistreat the same things on the phone as in person. Previously, you could buy medications in person. Any pharmacy is now restricted to CVS, Walmart, Cosco, Walgreens, Publix, but the best thing is that the clinic doesn't tell you anything when you go to the appointment and they charge you $220 as if everything was fine, deceiving everyone who goes. there, that we are people with chronic conditions and that our medical history is very clear with evidence of all the examinations. The only thing this Mrs. Yary does besides cheating is mistreating, she should not work in a clinic, due to her character, arrogance, bad temper, where she should stay is at home and that way she wouldn't have to deal with anyone.

My father had the worst treatment in that clinic. allegedly the clinic does not have authorization to prescribe the medication needed, Given that none of the pharmacies in any area are authorized to dispense medications prescribed by this clinic, the situation becomes even more dire. The fact that other pharmacies are not willing to accept prescriptions from this clinic raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and credibility as a medical institution.which only added to my frustration and confusion. This meant that not only did I not receive the treatment needed, but also misled by the clinic into believing that they could provide me with the necessary medication."This would emphasize the fact that was the clinic unhelpful and unprofessional.

The experience I had with a woman named Yari, who is apparently the manager, was terrible. I feel like I was scammed because the clinic charges for the appointment but then none of the pharmacies will give you the medication because the clinic does not have authorization to prescribe the medication. They treated me terribly and were unable to provide any satisfactory explanation. Overall, it was a very bad experience and they don't even deserve one start make matters worse, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
