Looks like a great property and location but no one will call or message you back for availability and pricing. I've called, left a voicemail, texted, and submitted a form on their website. Crickets. If you can't get a person on the phone for the simplest task, it makes you wonder if you can ever get a hold of them. I guess we missed a bullet.

Great location and offers a very modern workspace with fully furnished office and all the amenities at our fingertips. Whenever we had questions, the property manager, Somer was very attentive and always available. If we are needing to be back in the area, this will be our go to for all of our office needs!

Weve all experienced bad customer service at one point or another. I try not to dwell on it too much. Sometimes people are just having a bad day. Better to let it go. But then there are times when bad customer service is so stupefyingly bad you just cant make sense of it. Thats how I would describe my experience working with Somer, the ProLuxe property manager for CitySpace on Pistol Range Rd. Ill give the short version which wont be hard because the vast majority of questions and concerns I raised with Somer received zero response. I signed up for a month to month plan. After using the office once I sent an email to Somer asking about Wi-Fi access codes and for some basic guidance on where I should sit. I sent that email on December 18, 2022. I never received a response. I called and left a message shortly thereafter, still no response. On January 3, 2023 I emailed Somer to tell her I would not be using the space during the month of January and asked for information on how payment is handled month to month (because I didnt want to pay for January if I could avoid that). Somer responded to that email on January 25th to tell me that they require 30 days notice and that I was committed through the end of February and she could request proration of the funds for February. Still no response to my earlier inquiries. The only apparent concern was for the payment. At this point I decided I no longer wanted to do business with ProLuxe properties. I send a long letter to Somer explaining my frustration. This was the last correspondence I had with Somer until today. Today I received a certified letter of intent to withdraw my security deposit. Strange, because I only ever went into the office one time and they happily charged me for two months of service. So why go after the $199 security deposit? The letter lists $0 for every line item with a total of $0 in damages. Yet they are going after the deposit. I have not blocked any charges from my CC. So why do this? This was their response to my complaints. A certified letter attempting to take my security deposit with no basis for doing so. Do yourself a favor and think very hard before you decide to do business with this company. Youll be doing business with someone that has shown a willingness to act out of spite toward their customers. I will happily provide proof to anyone that is interested in seeing a copy of the certified letter. I wouldnt believe it myself it it wasnt happening to me.
