Absolutely NOT. I applied anyway after hearing about pay issues,it was like a 2 month application process drug test and all for them to tell me they dont have work available Dont waste your time

Imagine......in a 24 hour time period you drive two hours to work, work 12.5 hours, drive two hours back. Then spend the rest of your night going back and forth with payroll staff about their payroll error. An error you brought to their attention two days ago. The math ain't mathin. A month later....now it's zero stars. Things are getting worst. I'm going to uninstall the app. I am paying Gale to make my life a living nightmare. The worst company I have ever worked for....this will be my last month working for Gale & after this don't call and beg me to come back. ZERO stars. This company is trash.

Currently working for this agency and I constantly have issues and discrepancies with payments. I showed up to a shift and clocked in, within a few hours of working my shift my shift was canceled on the app! After completing the shift I spent over a hour on the phone trying to be compensated and they finally paid me hours later however they paid me 10$ less per hour and they have yet to fix my payment.

Please dont bother with them. First, after you get hired, youll never hear from them again. Robert used to call and text vigilantly, lol! As soon as I got hired, I had a question and I couldnt get a hold of him again. Apparently there is no direct line to anyone you need to speak with except IT, which is the BEST department in this whole company. The only ppl you will have access to is the call center reps who basically cant/wont do anything for you except take a message and tell you Marketing or HR will get back to you as soon as they can. Were now on week 2(of THIS particular issue) and Ive been given the same exact line over and over. Also, their app is just TERRIBLE. There is ALWAYS an issue(which is no fault of IT. Its a dev issue that apparently they dont care about bc there is ALWAYS something ). Ive been with them for a year; half of that time has been spent missing out on work because of that app. Basically they have the absolute worst communication and the app is horrible. Im sure someone may comment under this and say theyre sorry to hear this and they work hard to, blah blah blah. Im telling you they do not. Luckily I am able to pick up with other agencies, but if you plan to depend solely on Gale.. dont.

I had the pleasure of meeting Syeda Abbas CNA at the facility my mother is in, and I must say that her work ethics are truly exceptional. Syeda went above and beyond in assisting my family with setting up the room and ensuring that all our needs were met. Not only did she demonstrate professionalism, but she also took the time to show genuine compassion and care towards our situation. Her dedication and attention to detail were evident in every task she performed. I highly recommend Syeda Abbas for anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate CNA. My mother is in safe hands with her.
