Great place to rest! Family and I stayed here for several hours after our cruise and we had a great experience with the volunteers!

By far the worst USO Ive ever experienced. Peggy the front desk lady was rude from the moment we walked in. Seemed to be the most unpatriotic USO Ive ever seen, that I think the employees there forgot what a USO is about. The audacity of Peggy to sit behind the desk and gossip to the new volunteer she was suppose to be training. Talking about the patrons there utilizing the facility was mind blowing. Id give 0 stars if possible. And will actually be calling main USO about my issues about Ms Peggy

I always have a good experience at this location. Often it has higher end baked goods like cookies or pastries ans well as soda cans, coffee plus a few healthier options. In 2024, there is a relaxing, dimly lit room with blue lights - its calm ambiance was appreciated after dealing with Tampa traffic, see pic. Keep up the good work USO!
