Eddie, Gary, Linda and the rest of the Guaranteed Rate team are absolutely phenomenal. I was completely oblivious to this process and the language, Eddie and team where so patient to walk me through this explaining in terms I would understand. Eddie was always a text, call, or email away on weekdays and weekends. In addition to their persistent support, their system augments this loan process substantially. During closing, both selling and buying parties complemented their online software stating verbatim "they wished all other companies used this as it facilitates the closing process substantially." I have recommended Guaranteed rate to several family members and will continue to recommended to all interested in applying for a home loan.

Eddie has provided invaluable lending assistance for my real estate deals. He's my go-to lender, he makes what could be a painful process extremely quick and easy and he is extremely responsive. My last mortgage closed in less than 30 days which I thought would be impossible. I highly recommend Eddie and his team at Guaranteed Rate!!
