Paul and his Team got us to close when multiple others couldnt. Was the rate higher than others? Yes, but they were my clients final chance at owning at a higher rate for a few years vs renting (and being at 100% interest essentially). Thank you Paul and Team for making it happen. I have had the pleasure of meeting Pat Williams sadden for his loss he was surely a kind helpful human being with sincere compassion , fortunately he leaves behind a wonderful representative and daughter I have had to pleasure to dealt with Loren she is an amazing person extremely helpful prompt with communication goes above and beyond in assisting and does it sincerely and for that reason I am grateful and it is the means of this review you will not be disappointed in this company they are honest reliable respectful and they will honor their clients.
