        I have missed Louisisna food since I moved to Tampa and I have not found anything close until today. This is authentic! I had the crawfish etouffee and it was delicious. I can't wait to try their other offerings!

        We love Cajun food and we have an annual crawfish boil at our home. Having Baton Roux as a local food truck is an absolute treat for Tampa Bay. The food is authentic and reminds us of our vacation in New Orleans.

        The food and customer service here is AMAZIN. I tried the jambalaya & seafood gumbo and neither disappointed. It really felt like I was back in Louisiana while eating this food. I cant wait to eat here again. Oh and the beignets were delicious as well.
