The food here is good but the customer service could be better. While working there, team work isnt supported by other team members and they dont have a lot of communication skills and the management has favoritism in certain race of people. Some of the new and old employees are childish and immature and some keep drama going because they dont have as much work to do as others have that actually work hard. Theres a big disadvantage in this situation that people dont understand as an employee and customer at this place and just the business its self. The Owners of stores dont even exist to my knowledge because no one has ever seen, met or talked with them which is a husband and wife who is Chinese that could show more concern for the staff and employees that works for the company and business.
