We were beyond impressed and grateful for the time and attention provided by Jen. We were a slow start causally looking to buy and Jen met with us and prepped us for what the process would look like (as this was our first home). As we started looking at homes she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuine - always supporting us every step of the way. When we did put an offer in and went under contract - we were able to close in 17 days (from contract to close; and we were not cash buyers) - which speaks to her experience! In addition - she was able to connect us with a variety of people (lender, insurance, utility connectors) that helped us make our closing and move go smoothly.
