It's hard to believe that such a nice place right in the center of rustic Ybor city. But it is. This place rewards its guests with original touches that surpass expectations. #DRDERISE

Brunch Review: We frequent the bar at Flor Fina and decided to give the restaurant a try. *Horribly slow, poor service.* We waited for 30 minutes for our drinks to be brought to the table, as we watched our cocktails dying in the bar well with no one caring to deliver. No napkin or water was brought to our son. We also needed an extra fork which wasn't delivered until after we received the food--even though we specifically asked for an extra napkin and fork upon ordering 40 minutes prior. It was not busy and most of the time our server was nowhere to be seen. A manager stopped by to apologize for the poor service. However, it seems no feedback was relayed to said server as, after concluding our meal, we waited 15 minutes before flagging down a different team member to find our server so we could check out. There was a strong sense of apathy, lack of accountability and poor teamwork. We were severely disappointed. Food was excellent! We will be back but probably will sit at the bar as service is always attentive there.

The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing! I also love that its in a hotel. The food and service was amazing. I ordered the wrong thing and when I told the waitress, she immediately took care of it for us. 10/10.

Pretty place, horrible food and horrible portion sizes. Paid 40 for veggies and sauce. The service was not to par, the server was not personable and he had a cold shoulder. The atmosphere is good though we were staying in the Haya hotel and its very pretty here but everything else about this restaurant was horrible. Besides the fries which were the cheapest and we got more food out of that than the entrees. We had to get pizza after our 70 dollar meal. Thats how horrible it was.
