        We accidentally routed ourselves to the Blue Bell distribution center thinking we were going to a ice cream shop that sold Blue Bell. We love their product and we don't have it in our home region. I figured I would walk in to ask if someone could tell me where the nearest scoop shop would be and the staff was super helpful. The secretary ask for the manager, Barry, to come up to help find a shop that was near us or on our route. He was great and it was an example of excellent customer service!

        I use to purchase Blue Bell all the time but the last couple of times it has tasted icy, like it thawed and refroze. I got them from 2 different Publix stores. I'm so disappointed.
