Cantina Mexican Grill & Bar

Had a large party of 11. I ordered tacos. How can a restaurant mess up tacos? Cantina managed. Steak tacos were so dry they were inedible. Searched for 45 minutes for waitress for some sour cream. Never came and I gave up and left most of my meal. It wasnt very crowded either. Maybe they were short staffed as food was also slow to come out. Very disappointing for myself and my guests also.

We told the server we had an hour for lunch we waited 20 min for our first two tacos and ordered the second when we ordered the first didnt get the second plate until about another 20 min and the second plate doesnt come with salad so its not all you can eat salad. We did not have a refill of salsa nor was asked if we wanted one. When the tacos came they were cold and Birria tacos have NO flavor needed hot sauce to make it edible.

Cantina has come a long, long way, through multiple managers and cooks. It is now a weekly go to !!

The food is pretty good and I've eaten at this restaurant probably over 100 times. I will never go back. My wife was handed a lunch menu because it was lunch time. The waiter brought out the dinner portion of what she ordered which my wife did not ask for. They insisted that she pay the dinner price and when she refused and insisted on paying the lunch price, the manager said they would not welcome us back. So we haven't been back since.

I would not come here if youre looking for authentic Mexican food. I asked for a crispy taco and they gave me an Old El Paso Taco Kit hard shell that wasnt even warmed. Service was friendly. But not worth the price. The meat was well seasoned but I wouldnt go there again.
