Perhaps in other locations, the service is better. Here in Houston, it is a wonder they are still in business. Service techs can't come for a month, then they do not have the parts to make the repair. It takes another month or more to get the part, and then add a month to rebook the service tech to install it. The tech leaves the shop before he's finished and can't come back for weeks due to the schedule of the company. AND we are expected to pay for the next trip. We are informed that now we need another part which the tech should have realized during the first visit. The company's press brake has been in need of repair and recalibration since July and here we are in November still waiting. I would never recommend this business.

I work for a company in south east Florida that just had a technician come out and service a press brake and he left the machine in worse shape then before he serviced it very disappointed in capital!
