    You get hounded for all your info to make sure you pay... then over charged. I'm not sure why my teens initial visit was $150 for 1 hr but that's crazy. Called and text for a break down for service cost and got no response. The most I've ever paid with insurance is $30. Why is it so much with insurance? I'm not working and at home with a special needs child. Had I known it was this much now, I never would've wasted my time. Literally was a forced situation to where my daughter was mandated to therapy . Truth be told I don't even like the therapist

    I've been going here for a few months now and Angie and Leslie have been helping me so much, my life and my mind have improved a lot and I appreciate their help. They've helped both my girlfriend and I and i'm very grateful. I'm going to continue to go here for therapy for a long while.

    Angie is a great counselor. However, that is the only positive thing I can say. They do not return phone calls or emails from myself or from my EAP company, SupportLinc. The communication just isn't there. Went with my daughter for her appointment and the office was locked even though it was during work hours according to Google. I didn't get a call stating that the appointment was cancelled. I called, knocked. I left a message and did get a return call - shocker - stating that since we didn't get an automated email reminder from the online appointment tool that there was no appointment. When booking an appointment, you have to wait at least 30 days and up to 90 days for the next available time. Unfortunately, even though the counselor is great, the service is not reliable and we will not continue to go there.

It’s unfortunate that you had that experience. What most of our clients say is that “you get what you pay for especially with therapy”. Often times it costs that much because people are out of network or we don’t accept that insurance. We will always discuss billing up front, prior to booking the session. It is uncommon that if you’ve left a voice message or a text that we don’t respond and for that we apologize and will work on our processes. Lastly many of our teen clients appreciate the therapists here because they feel heard and treated like more than just a “problem”. We hope that in your future search for a clinician that you and your teen are comfortable. We’d hate for a teen to miss out on a safe place to talk and have solutions to their complicated emotions

I’m really sad to hear that you had that experience. There is absolutely some truth to the disorganization of the front office. We’ve converted to a more efficient phone system and our latest virtual assistant hasn’t been trained on the system and compliance yet. So we can admit that those are areas of improvement that will be resolved in the next week. As for Angie’s (and the other clinicians) waitlist, as you’ve said she’s a talented provider and we hope that you are able to find someone who is able to see you at the frequency that you believe you need. We wish you the best in your search.
