KNR Therapy is fantastic! They're passionate about helping children and their families with ABA therapy. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

My son had been at KNR Therapy in Tampa FL ever since he started ABA. I literally moved over an hour to keep him in the therapy center, but over the the time frame of THREE MONTHS til November 2021 all my concerns had been ignored about the revolving door of staff involved with my son. After four meetings, I basically told the manager Katherine who had used to be my sons BCBA and all around should not be employed due to her lack of professionalism, my son was waiting for new placement within 6 months. This manager feeling some type of petty over how I told them their center was not doing right by my son, gave him 30 days til discharge THEN GAVE HIM ABSOLUTELY NO SCHEDULE FROM THAT DAY ON. NO 30 days. I called, emailed and even texted and asked for meetings with the owner numerous times because management just isnt getting it right and it clearly does not care about my child or his well-being with therapy. Management has denied every request for me to speak with the owner and Im more than sure that he probably has no idea whats going on. My son has now started at a new center called Hopebridge therapy and since starting at the center I have seen how unprofessional and incorrect KNR does their therapy Im more than thankful that I went through this to see that this ABA center does not care about the children about the money but nobody should have to go through this especially with their five-year-old
