Wow! I cannot believe I wasted my money on this place. Im not sure what was worse, the owners attitude or the overpriced treatment.

I purchased a Groupon for 28 units of xeomin. I booked an appointment for January. Right before my appointment the establishment called me to cancel. They stated the professional performing the service had covid and they would call me back in 2 weeks to reschedule. 3 weeks later I still did not receive a call. So I callled them back in beginning of March. They told me the professional still had covid and they would call me back in 2 weeks to reschedule. Another 3-4 weeks passed and Thera did not contact me. So I called called again today and they told me they are switching ownership and at this time they are not taking appointments. I am very upset as I have been mislead and still have yet to render my services for my purchase on 12/17/2022. I feel this is very unprofessional and this is out of control. Ive been dealing with this for over 90 days now. Part two: someone from Thera contacted me, whom was extremely unprofessional advising me she would not refund me since I left a negative review. She lied on the call multiple times and then had the audacity to call me out for my tone and frustration. I would not recommend you waste any of your energy, time, or money with this so called establishment. They are an embarrassment to society. Service: BOTOX treatments

Dont be fooled by their website that claims this is a luxury med spa. My local library has more warmth and appeal. And, I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up and open the door, which was locked.
