Dr Ernesto Rodriguez is a great Dr.that has been treating for about1 yr. with great results.He is compassionate and caring . His staff is excellent and is a reflection of this great Dr.!

I have to say that I really like my Doctor, Dr Gonzalez-Paoli. Hes amazing, attentive and will listen to your concerns and ensure that your feeling well and that symptoms are managed well. He has gone above and beyond to help me with the issues that are causing my rating. I would definitely recommend seeing him! The reason for the rating is the financial services department from the clinic is atrocious. Verification of insurance benefits has to go through them and I have had my IV infusion appointment cancelled 3xs for the month of January because they dont see patients the first two weeks of January in order to verify benefits and then the following appointment cancelled because they did not verify my benefits in time. Prior to this, I had to wait almost 6 weeks to have my first infusion because they hadnt verified the benefits through my insurance. My doctor and his nurse became involved in finding out what the problem was. In addition, they verify benefits through the drug manufacturer instead of my BCBS insurance. They gave me no options for having the infusion, medication which I need to manage my symptoms and preferred to cancel my appointments to ensure they where paid instead of making sure the patients health comes first. For a large clinic in the Tampa area, they really need to work on having a better system in place to meet the needs of their patients.

Rude staff , they cancel appointments without telling you , and VERY SLOW. Choose a new location !!!!!
