Can we please figure out what is going on with Dr. Hauser receptionists? I hate to think that she is that miserable with her job or maybe life. She was very snarky with her replies and quick to cut me off when I had questions. Not helpful at all! Message to the receptionist- Kindness goes a long way. You have to remember that you are dealing with patients or family members living with Parkinsons. Show some signs of compassion. Thank you!

Zero stars if possible. Horrible service from secretary to doctor to billing. They assign me to a doctor who is retiring in a week knowing that I am a new Parkinsons patient. The secretary does not answer calls, I was not informed that my insurance is not accepted and later was informed the bill would be less than 200$ but it came to 400$ AFTER discount. I waited 2 hours for my appt and saw the doctor for 15min to tell me what I already know I have Parkinsons on top of that, the medication made me feel worse and no support over the phone regarding the meds. What a disgrace and a scam, clinic misleads you. The retiring doctor name is Deborah Burke and the secretary name is Tara. Do not go there, such a shame.

While attempting to schedule an appointment for my elderly father who has suffered with Parkinson's disease for 12 years, I have never eveexperienced such disrespect and attitude. Her name was Tara. If this treatment is indicative of this practice I would NOT RECOMMEND. I would give this a negative star if I was able.

We have had excellent care and attention for my husband through his Parkinsons journey with USF and TGH. After 10+years w/Houston DRs and only increases in meds or walking hallways and touching fingers together. He finally got the help needed. 6months in, he had the DBS, at TGH and feels so hopeful. Hopeful because he has to wait to heal before the unit can be turned on. We are very pleased with all the DRs he has seen for all his issues.
