To whom it may concern. I wanted to leave a review for the gynecologist department because what happened is completely out of this world. I got an appointment on May for September 12 (first crazy thing in my opinion) I got the appointment because I have been having an awful pain in one of my ovaries and want to be checked out, when i called the first time I explained for what was the appointment and they asked me if I have had my pap done already this year and I said not yet, and instead of giving me the appointment for the issue that I have they give it to me for only the pap (something that I know that it can be done directly with my primary doctor, no need to go to the gyn for this). The thing is that after calling several times to check if all the paperwork was ok (thankfully that i did cuz my entire information was wrong in the system and I don't even think that the appointment was properly done), and explaining every single time why was the appointment for, today one day prior the appointment they told me that the person that was going to take care of me tomorrow could only do the pap and could not check me for the issue that I have and that I would need to wait until December that is when they have availability for my issue. This is crazy and completely disrespectful. Honestly I do not know what I have in my ovaries, it could be something completely mild or I can have something real serious, and to have the audacity to tell me that the appointment was done for a completely different thing that what I asked for and that I need to wait 4 more months for what I need is completely outrageous, 8 months to have an appointment to see if I have something bad with my ovarios or no? . Girls on the phone were real nice but is really disrespectful that a client call several times to explain the issue, (and thankfully that i call prior the appointment, if not I would have lost my work day for nothing ) to now being told that they cannot help me with what I need. Completely disappointed, sad and worry to be honest. Hope this type of incompetence do not happen to someone else. 09/28/23: Thank you so much for trying to get in contact with me and answering today about this issue but I already got my problem seen by another doctor in the Tampa General, just for your information I do have an urgent complication. Next time with another client just try to be more professional about what they need and listen to they actual needs. Thank you, but one more time I already find a better professional. Thanks

AdventHealth Medical Group is great!!! I had an appointment for my yearly wellness check-up with Marina Ostapenko, APRN. I was greeted by Brenda at the front desk and she was so cheerful and friendly. My time in the waiting room was less than 10 minutes. I felt completely taken care of at this office and received excellent care. Marina is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Medical Group.

The team is amazing very friendly and highly skilled no miss steps everything was perfect I would definitely go there again they made a very tough surgery quite easy.
