Poor reception: people waiting over 45-60 mins just to pre-reg. Front desk staff unhelpful. If this is the face of the hospital it is a bad first impression

Very badly managed. People wait for an hour or longer just to register. Very insensitive administrative staff. Once the nurse takes you in for preop, it's all good, no complaints there. I wish they could put more efficient and polite staff up front.

I arrived early for an appointment I was told would maybe take an hour at most and then waited 75 minutes before they even took my weight. Finally able to leave about 2.5 hours after the appointment time. Even then someone will have to call me to finish the information process, because the employee had gone on break.

Aside From The Rude Idiots Who Make You Hurry Up And Wait, Aside From The Disastrous Billing And When They Shut Down So The Idiots Can Ho On Break While You 've Been Waiting 1-2 Hrs Past Your Appt Time, Aside From All Of That, My Rating Is As Follows : ZERO Or LESS ............ I Planned For it, Had My Wife Take The Day Off from Work For Me To Drive Me To and From The Hospital and Help Me Once I got back home...I Went through a Similar Problem with them 2 years ago. I thought it was fixed then, It's Not..I have a letter from the Director of Surgical Services Dated May 11, 2021...Which Basically Means And Says Nothing ! They Demanded I Disclose Personal, Private And Dr Confidentiality Information Details About Myself.. They Demand I Answer ALL Of Their Questions Related to My Procedure Or Not... They Threatened to Modify My Records and Cancel My Scheduled Procedure if I Didn't.. They Claim " It's for the Anesthesiologist " When It's Not....They Won't Tell You Who They Are And Lie About Their Reasons They Think They Have Authority To Do It.... They Threatened to Modify My Records and Cancel My Scheduled Procedure if I Didn't.. This Time They Did.. Now We'll See !!!!! .... I Let It Go ONCE, Almost TWICE, Not This Time !!!!
