I have been training with Jason for the better part of a year. Over the course of the past year, I've built a strong foundation not only with respect to attacks in self-defense scenarios, but I've also learned situational awareness and deescalation techniques. Jason is a phenomenal teacher that cares about his students and how they interact with the world around him. I highly recommend him and his classes.

I wanted to learn practical self-defense so I felt more confident in myself and my abilities when traveling. Jason is great to work with and I am so glad I made the choice to start training. I feel prepared for my travels with a foundation of REAL self defense skills.

I cannot recommend this class enough. I started training about a year ago with zero martial arts experience and found the training to be comprehensive and easily accessible even at my beginner skill level. This is the real deal. If you want REAL self defense skills, this is your best option, hands down.

I have been a student for a few months. The instruction is excellent. Jason and his assistant Arthur share a true passion for teaching and making sure students learn to do things correctly. The class is great physical and mental training for real world situations.
