I am 61yrs from the west coast and training to compete in muay thai. I was in Tampa for 2 days and was looking for some bag work. I was lucky enough to get a private workout with Olando. WOW what an experience! Olando coached me through a 12 round workout. Great insight on fighting tips. Pressed me hard for the hour workout. Age was not relevant. I would highly recommend this gym. Got me looking at my schedule to get back to Florida for more sessions. Thanks again Olando for contributing your Time and knowledge to my journey.

Ive been training at Olando's Kickboxing Fitness gym for 10 months now and I love it! There is no substitute for training with a 5X World Kickboxing Champ. The drills help to build stamina, agility and muscle strength. Olando's guidance helps to build technique and confidence. This is truly a full service gym with more than just bags to kick and punch. The gym has everything you need to train including a full size boxing ring! If you want to train with a professional who cares about his students, lose weight, stay in shape, build confidence and feel great, this is the place for you.

Writing this again since my last review somehow disappeared/got deleted. If you actually want to learn kickboxing here, you have to pay at least $60(last time I checked) for one on one sessions.(not bad at all). Otherwise the classes are just running drills and not actually teaching the technique of the fighting style. I wish that the price is more upfront and that it didn't appear to be a car salesman tactic-like approach for the so-called free first class. I feel like this gym takes advantage of inexperienced people in martial arts because of that. Last time I was here, the coach seemed to be upset that people weren't showing up that day,and then started comparing the members that were currently there during the class I was in. Saying who is more accurate than who, and so on,and so forth. Despite the fact that we weren't learning technique we're just simply running drills we could have done at home. In my honest opinion I kind of feel like the whole attitude was a bunch of arrogance, hidden behind fake positivity.. once things aren't going well. And if this review gets deleted, I know they're deliberately deleting it to save face because all they want are five star reviews instead of other honest opinions that aren't nothing but positivity.
