David was very polite.Did an excellent job?I swear he was done in 5 minutes.When I heard my car start.I couldn't have been happier. He got here quickly.He got here when he said he would get here.The key is amazing.I couldn't be more thankful for such quick courteous and fantastic service.If you need a key this is the man the call i'm gon to call him the key man.

I hired this company to assist me with getting a new car key done for my Honda CRV. I had a horrible accident during Christmas where I fell off the stairs and broke my ankle. Sadly between doctors appointments and my emergency surgery I misplaced my car key during the holidays. After a quick search, I saw that this company had a lot of positive reviews and decided to go with them. The technician showed up very fast and said that it did not matter if I did not have my original car key. In order to create a new key, he needed to pretty much break into my car. Which he did without asking and to my surprise was able to get in to my car very fast by using an air pump on the drivers side. He forced the window open and with a hook was able to unlock my car. Of course the alarm went off and after some minutes the alarm stooped ringing. He was able to successfully make a brand new key for he took the cars glove compartment box to make the new key. I was very surprised at how simple and quick the process went. I must admit that I got very nervous to see how some stranger was able to break into my car so fast and program a completely new key within 15 minutes!! Despite my uneasy feelings, I trusted the process since they are a Licensed Locksmith Company. So to sum it all up, this company was able to make a new key on the spot but sadly, their method of getting into my car caused damage to my car door and is now not working properly. This meaning I now have to get a lock actuator and pay for the costs of a mechanic to get it fixed!!! I called in to speak with the technician about this unfortunate matter and sadly he got very defensive and took absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY or responsibility for what he did to my car door. The technician was actually quite rude about my complaint. I then called to speak with the manager of the company and they said that they could not help me if the technician said that it was not his fault. This person was also very rude and unprofessional! The Customer Service Care for this company is horrible!! They were able to make a brand new key for my car but the way they did it caused damage to my car door so I would think about it two times if you want to hire them.

shop sucks,never has anything excuse is always only the techs on the truck has it.How do you have locksmith shop with no key blanks,no lock cylinders for everyday namebrand locks?Why have a store front if all the parts are on the truck.I suspect its a race issue as I have tried to patronize this local business on several occaions with the same result,treated as if I was disturbing them.Promise not to bother them ever again and none of our 15 properties in this area will either.Some businesses deserve to be small
