The hours have now been updated online, and the graphics on the door too. I sent an email and updated my review. Thank you - Laura ---------------------------------------------------- Prior to March 2024 I never did have a bad experience here. You might have to wait a little while sometimes because this is a low-key location with one cashier, but that's no big deal. Now, however, they have changed their hours and done nothing to update the times on the door (how hard would it be to tape a piece of paper to the door if you don't want the expense of updating the vinyl graphics on the glass door?). It would be so easy to post a note for people regarding the updated hours. Not only that, it would be the considerate thing to do, showing some respect and consideration for people like me. I do not have car. I have gone out of my way two days in a row, taking public transportation to get here only to find the place closed. ONE day, okay..... 2nd day closed too? I had to call and ask what the heck. Oh, our hours have changed. Thanks for the notice. Now I will also "Suggest New Hours" to the incorrect hours listed by Google. Funnily enough, the Google info states "Updated by this business 4 weeks ago", and it's still wrong. Shakin' my head. Please get this updated on the door and on the Google listed hours. A handwritten note will suffice in a pinch.

HORRIBLE customer service here I tried to cash a check and she wrote on my check the verification code on it and then proceeds to tell me its $490 to cash, I couldnt believe it so then she told me $450 then $400 then $350. Gambling me just to cash a check!? And went in the next day just to cash the check for the $350 because I kinda needed the money and then she told me oh no honey that was yesterdays fee it will be $375 walked out and will never walk back in this scam of a store. Went to Wells Fargo on Monday- opened a bank account, deposited my check and it was available the next DAY! For not $1 of a fee. She was cussing while talking to me, very unprofessional.. her name was Samantha. Do not recommend you wasting your time and going here. Im surprised there is even good reviews.
